Discuss Your Requirements
What surgical products does Future Tech manufacture?

Future Tech manufactures two surgical gown models, FTG-001 Standard Surgical Gown and FTG-002 Reinforced Surgical Gown, plus 14 procedure-specific surgical pack models from FTP-001 through FTP-014. Each product detail page identifies the catalog model and the available specification or component information.

What materials and construction options are listed for the surgical gowns?

The surgical gown catalog lists SMS, SMMS, SSMMS and spunlace non-woven options, sizes from S through XXXL or customized sizing, raglan or set-in sleeves, knitted or elastic cuffs, ultrasonic-welded seams and Velcro or tie neck closures. FTG-002 also lists PE or fabric reinforcement with half or full coverage. The final combination must be confirmed for the selected model and order.

Can the components in an FTP surgical pack be changed?

Component changes can be discussed for a custom surgical pack project. Buyers should identify the FTP model, required components, specifications, quantities, packaging and private-label requirements. The final bill of materials and approved configuration must be confirmed before production.

How should a buyer choose between a standard and reinforced surgical gown?

Start with the required material, size, sleeve, cuff and closure specification. FTG-002 adds catalog-listed reinforcement material and coverage options. Because the catalog does not assign a protection level or test result to every configuration, buyers should separately confirm the required performance level, test documentation and intended-use specification.

What information should be included in a quotation request?

Provide the product model, requested specification or component list, order quantity, destination market, packaging or private-label requirements and any documents that must be reviewed. This allows the sales team to compare the request with the relevant catalog model and confirm any project-specific changes.

What quality-control steps does Future Tech use?

Future Tech uses four confirmed steps: material control, production control, in-process inspection and final inspection. Product specifications, packaging requirements and applicable documents are reviewed against the confirmed order. Certification or destination-market documentation is confirmed separately for the selected product and project.
